Great place to stay
From the kindness of the hotel personnel to our spacious and fully equipped room. Very close to the subway and to some of the iconic sightseeing of Busan. Definitely Recommend!

Recommend stay in a great location
Beautiful and spacious room, amazing location and great customer service by all of the staff. We also really enjoyed the chats with the self-acclaimed "handsome manager" :).
We enjoyed the breakfast - tasty and well presented - but more choice (maybe some fruit) would have been appreciated.

Great stay and a great place.
The hotel was great and the staff was incredible. The staff helped us with everything from finding good places to eat, calling taxis, to helping with tours. The staff also remembered us and referred to us by name and were very friendly. The location was great close to a lot of restaurants. We had a really great stay and would stay again!

Bathroom was outstanding, staff was exceptional especially...
Bathroom was outstanding, staff was exceptional especially Mr. Phillip, satellite tv was great, Wi-Fi was 5G.
Restaurant / pub was closed, rooftop swimming pool was closed, of course the room they gave me was Korean traditional not one chair. Breakfast was limited to 3 items and you have to select it at check in and served only from 7 to 9 a.m.
