Great place to stay

From the kindness of the hotel personnel to our spacious and fully equipped room. Very close to the subway and to some of the iconic sightseeing of Busan. Definitely Recommend!

Recommend stay in a great location

Beautiful and spacious room, amazing location and great customer service by all of the staff. We also really enjoyed the chats with the self-acclaimed "handsome manager" :).

We enjoyed the breakfast - tasty and well presented - but more choice (maybe some fruit) would have been appreciated.

Great stay and a great place.

The hotel was great and the staff was incredible. The staff helped us with everything from finding good places to eat, calling taxis, to helping with tours. The staff also remembered us and referred to us by name and were very friendly. The location was great close to a lot of restaurants. We had a really great stay and would stay again!

Bathroom was outstanding, staff was exceptional especially...

Bathroom was outstanding, staff was exceptional especially Mr. Phillip, satellite tv was great, Wi-Fi was 5G.

Restaurant / pub was closed, rooftop swimming pool was closed, of course the room they gave me was Korean traditional not one chair. Breakfast was limited to 3 items and you have to select it at check in and served only from 7 to 9 a.m.

The room was amazing!

The room was amazing! The bathtub was huge (for two people easily) and the bed was extremely comfortable! Great hotel for couples. The location was quite far from the beach but since we were staying there in the autumn time it was actually better, the hotel's in the shopping/bar/restaurant district. The manager of the hotel was extremely nice and helpful too! The only minus of the hotel was the breakfast that could of been better...

Short Stay in Busan.

The staff was amazing. We got taken to the wrong hotel. That staff called to make sure we were going to the right place. We were greeted outside when our taxi arrived. The manager was fantastic. Helped us find things to do around the city and made sure our room had what we needed. The housekeeping staff was great ( never saw them) but they always left our room in pristine condition... Like lining our shoes up nicely ect. The location was actually great for us. It was one stop from Busan Station ( we road the KTX in and out as well as caught the city tour buses). We fell in love with the area around. Close to Busan Tower, the Lotte Mall, Fish Market and an underground shopping area.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Maybe some fruit would have been nice. The lady working was super friendly and kind.

A bit pricy, but the various amenities and service was probably worth it.

The bathtub in the deluxe double had nice bubbler option. Staff was easy to talk to. Generally quiet area considering the proximity to the enormous market.

It was a little dark. I wished there was more lighting.

Good location.

Good location. Nice and friendly staff. Staff can lend you local travel cards and umbrellas :) Generally clean. Good price/quality ratio.

No laundry. So-so breakfast. Weird bathroom (clean and working, but not very convinient). Too dark in the room.

Pretty alright

The room was comfortable and clean. Modern design but not the most practical. Free shuttle to the train station.

We booked a 3N stay for 3 persons and it turned out the room only had 2 single beds. We felt like it was grossly overpriced then. One of us had to end up sleeping on the couch. Service was acceptable but not the best. Most times, it was manned by two rather "tired" looking man who did not seem very enthusiastic at all.

Frühstück war furchtbar (keine vegane oder wenigstens vegetarische Option, wir sollten dann einfach nur Kaffee trinken...), im Zimmer hat es aus der Klima und dem Bad gemüffelt, es gab keine Möglichkeit Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen

중앙역, 남포역과 가깝고 용두산공원 바로 옆이라 수시로 산책하기에 좋았습니다. 공간이 매우 널찍하여 며칠 머물면서 답답함이 없었고 욕실이 매우 감각적입니다. 스탭분들이 정말 친절하셔서 머무는 동안 알뜰살뜰하게 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.

다음 방문에는 더 즐겁게 이용할 수 있었으면 좋겠어요.

처음 도착했을때 응대해주신 직원분 서비스가 마음을 즐겁게 해주셨어요. 방 크기와 침대가 커서 좋았어요. 그리고 테이블과 의자를 마루바닥같이 좌식으로 해놓은 점이 참 특이하고 뭐 먹고 이야기하기 너무 좋았습니다. 수건이 특이하게 욕실 입구에 걸려있어서 편하게 사용할 수 있었어요. 저는 제일 좋았던 것이 조식이라고 말하고 싶어요! 조식 맛있었요! 최고!

가운에서 냄새가 나서 입고 있기 싫었어요. 리모컨 스위치 중 조명이 잘 되지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 샤워시 물빠지는 것이 잘 안되서 바닥이 좀 더 젖어서 화장실갈 때 미끄러움이 있었습니다.

좋은위치와 남자직원분의 친절함 그리고 스파욕조가 마무리를 확실하게 해줬습니다 체크인 하루전 사람이추가되서 부탁드렸었는데 응대잘해주셔서 감사합니다

욕실에 미닫이 문에서 계속 끼익끼익 소리가났어요.. 잘 닫히지도않구ㅜㅜ 그리고 목욕도중 불이 갑자기 꺼지던데.... 그리고 겨울이라 그런건가 싶지만 에어컨이 안됐어요

남포동이 여행코스라면 앞으로 여기만 가려고요!

처음엔 1박이었다가 급히 일정을 바꾸어서 2박하게 되었는데 같은 방으로 연박할 수 있도록 처리해주셨어요! 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하고, 주차 발렛도 신속히 해주시고 좋았습니다. 침대도 큼지막해서 둘이 자는데 편히 잤어요 침대도 딱딱하지 않고요! 시설도 깨끗하고 넓고 따뜻했어요ㅋㅋㅋ난방이 너무 잘되서 첫날엔 창문열고 잤네요! 인근에 명소도 많아서 돌아다니기 좋았어요.

화장실 배수가 잘 안되더라고요. 물론 시간이 지나면 물이 다 빠지고 금새 말라있었지만, 샤워하면서는 물이 자꾸 고여 이 부분은 조금 불편했습니다.

인테리어가 깔끔하고 일단 없는게 없이 편하고 배달음식도...

인테리어가 깔끔하고 일단 없는게 없이 편하고 배달음식도 방앞에 올수있고 시장이나 근처 접근성도 좋아요. 직원분들도 정말 친절하세요 ㅎㅎ

밤에 체크인했는데 약간 찾기가 어려웠어요 ㅎㅎ그점 말곤 없습니다~

위치도좋아요 남포동을 여행한다면 용두산공원바로 근처이고 자갈치시장까지는좀 거리가 있긴해요 충분히 걸을수있긴하지만요. 직원분들이 너무나도 친절합니다.!! 아침조식도 좋았어요 방도 생각보다 크고 좋았습니당
